Represented Power Company against EPC Contractor regarding construction of $250 million power plant. Litigated nearly every issue that can arise in a construction case. After three-week trial in federal court with more than 2,000 trial exhibits and 2 million pages of documents, prevailed against contractor on every claim. Secured more than $13.5 million in damages (including attorneys’ fees) and wiped out ALL of contractor’s claims (approximately $50 million).
